I ship most items from my home. Orders filled from my smoke free home takes 2-7 days, then they are shipped with UPS or USPS. All other items come from a Drop Shipping Company in China. If an item is drop shipped, this will be stated in the item information. Shipping on these items takes 3-6 weeks. I have no control over drop shipping.

I will refund your money in the same manner that you paid for you order. Your refund will be minus the cost of shipping, handling, and insurance costs.
